Athletic Director and Dean of Students
Schedule: Actual time will depend on the adopted schedule.
Starting Date: August 1, 2024
Location: Triad Middle and High School
Qualifications:
- Administrative License or Degree in Athletic Administration is preferred.
- Head coaching experience at the varsity level preferred.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
- Current application, license and transcripts on file in the board office.
- Ability to work with staff, students and parents in a positive manner.
- Ability to take guidance and direction from Principal and Superintendent.
- Participates as an active member of the management team.
- Upholds board policies and follows administrative guidelines/procedures.
- Promotes a professional image of the school district.
- Has comprehensive knowledge of interscholastic athletic program regulations.
- Effective organizational, planning and project management skills.
- Encourages program innovations and pursues funding opportunities.
- Prepares grant/foundation applications.
- Implements funded proposals and complies with reporting requirements.
- BCI and FBI background checks will be required of approved candidate.

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid paraprofessional license.
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have satisfactory BCI and FBI background check results before initial employment.
- May be required to attend in-service training on appropriate discipline technique.
- Current application and references on file before initial employment.
- Ability to work with staff, students and parents in a positive manner.
- Ability to take guidance and direction from supervisor(s).

Qualifications:
- Must have Early Childhood Intervention Specialist (ECIS) License.
- Must have experience with progress reporting using data collection.
- Demonstrated knowledge of formative and summative assessment practices.
- Experience using Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS).
- Pedagogical content knowledge in line with state and national expectations.
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with regular education teachers to support their efforts to provide classroom accommodations/modifications.
- Must have current application, teaching license, and original transcripts on file.
- Must have satisfactory BCI and FBI background check results before initial employment.

The following anticipated position is for the 2024-2025 school year:
Director of Student Services
Schedule: 225 day contract
Starting Date: August 13, 2024 (Staff Workday)
Location: District Wide
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Ohio Supervisory, Principal or Superintendent License, or the ability to obtain temporary credentials while pursuing full state licensure.
- At minimum, 5 years of classroom teaching experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of special education policies and procedures under IDEA.
- Preparedness to ensure that a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) is provided to all students with disabilities.
- Strong time management, record keeping, communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with department and/or building budgets and the ability to substantiate budgetary projections based upon program goals.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize database structures to track required steps in the identification of SWD and gifted students, and all subsequent IEP and ETR deadlines mandated by policy and guidelines.
- Willingness to become Gifted certified and train staff.
- Ability to become OTES 2.0 certified.
- Previous experience as an administrator/supervisor is preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with students PreK-12.
- Demonstrated ability to work with staff, students and parents in a positive manner.
- Demonstrated ability to carry out job duties independently and awareness of where to find assistance when it is necessary.
- Satisfactory results from BCI/FBI background check before starting date.
