The Facilities Management Department plays an important role in maintaining safe, clean, comfortable, and functional learning environments for Triad students and staff. Mr. Laughbaum oversees the district's operational services, including Facilities Management, Food Services, and Transportation, helping ensure these essential services work together to support our schools and students.

Within Facilities Management, our team works behind the scenes each day to care for the district’s buildings, grounds, equipment, and facilities so that our schools are ready for teaching and learning. From routine maintenance and repairs to building operations, grounds care, custodial services, and special projects, the department works to keep our schools operating safely and effectively.

Through careful planning, preventative maintenance, and responsive service, Triad's facilities team works collaboratively with district staff to address facility needs and support the day-to-day operations of our schools.
