Supporting Accurate Records and Student Enrollment

Mrs. Napier plays an important role in maintaining student records and supporting the enrollment process for Triad Local Schools. Her position helps ensure that student information is collected, maintained, and reported accurately while providing support to families throughout the enrollment process.

Mrs. Napier works closely with students, families, school staff, and district administrators to manage enrollment information, maintain student records, and ensure the district meets state reporting requirements. Her attention to detail helps support the day-to-day operations of our schools and ensures the district has the information it needs to effectively serve our students.

Supporting Students and Families

From enrolling a new student to keeping records up to date, Mrs. Napier helps make these processes as clear and efficient as possible for families. She also works behind the scenes to ensure required state and district reporting is completed properly.

Through organization, accuracy, and responsive support, she helps ensure every student is properly enrolled and that our schools have the information needed to support student success.

 

What is EMIS?

EMIS, or Education Management Information System, is Ohio’s statewide system for collecting and reporting information about students, staff, courses, and other aspects of school district operations.

Triad Local Schools is required to submit information through EMIS to the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce. This information helps the state understand student enrollment, attendance, demographics, graduation, special education, staffing, and other areas that support education across Ohio.

Mrs. Napier works closely with school staff and district administrators to collect, verify, and maintain information throughout the school year. While much of this work happens behind the scenes, accurate EMIS reporting is an important part of ensuring Triad meets state requirements and has the information needed to support our students and schools.
