Triad Local Schools is committed to providing access to public records in accordance with the Ohio Public Records Act. Public records requests are handled in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43, which outlines the rights of individuals to inspect and obtain copies of public records, as well as the responsibilities of public offices in responding to requests.
Individuals seeking public records from Triad Local Schools are encouraged to review ORC 149.43 and the district’s Public Records Policy before submitting a request. To assist with the process, the district provides a Public Records Request Form for submitting requests.
